I recently stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in the heart of the historic district. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions in the Old City. I loved how easily accessible everything was from this place. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and accommodating nature really made a difference. Another aspect that stood out was the luxurious and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and the decor was elegant, adding to the overall experience.

The hotel is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking English. The location is ideal and within walking distance to everything in Cuenca. The rooms are nice with amenities like a refrigerator and warm showers. The breakfast buffet is good, and there are multiple sitting areas to relax.
